Vending technologies in improving food services

چکیده
To date, vending machines are widespread. If abroad used everywhere to sell a wide variety of goods and even services, then in our country, so far, as rule, only classic coffee spring for issuing snacks attract the attention buyers. Only recent years, there has been trend towards emergence atypical Russia, such sale french fries, shops, dumplings, pizza makers, etc. The article presents developed machine preparation potato balls, principle operation innovative vending, recipe balls with fillers.
